Ow I made a mistake in the explanation.  :yawn:

Second last must not change. The last one must be the opposite.

34 (C)
5 (B)
7 (A)
28 (C)
9 (C)    bet CB not AB!

Sector C which is the last is standing and the second last is the opposite of AC -C = B.

7 (A)
28 (C)
9 (C)    Basic ABC bet you bet on CA and the last + opposite second last you bet CB
