If this guy could walk his talk, he would NOT be on U-Tube trying to BS a lot of folks. (They all understood!)The problem is that pure waiting will do nothing. There is more to do to get what we want. Our brain has the power of neuroplasticity. This ability gives the brain the power to reorganize the connections every time. This happens by experience. The idea that our character or personality is fixed and we are who we are is wrong. This can be changed anytime we want.
This guy reminds me of the fellow what preached "manifest destiny". He claimed that anything you asked the universe would be granted as long as you did NOT put a time limit on when you got it. Guess what? If you wait long enough, you die!

The first step is to know what we want to change. We need to have an clear image in our mind who we want to be or what we want to achieve.
The second step is to create an emotion for this image. The emotion what we feel when we reach our goal is very important and gives more power to the experience.
Now this needs to get in your mind. You need to see it like it already happened. Think about it like you have already done it and think about how great it was. Do this everyday.
Now we want to change our program (subconscious mind). This happens by experience. We do over 90% with our subconscious mind. We start to create the experience by thought. This is possible because our body doesnt know what is real or pure imagination. With our conscious mind we know the truth but our body takes everything for real.
For example somebody is scared by spiders. This person closes his eyes and imagine the situation where he is seeing a spiders right in front of him. Now he starts to feel the anxiety in his body. It is pure imagination but the body thinks its real.
Now we imagine our goal and how it feels to be there everyday. Do this for an hour or 30 minutes. The image needs to become reality in your mind. After some days try to do it in real life for a bigger experience. Never think about how to get to the goal. Only think about what you want and how it feels. If we try to predict how to get there we will create the same old things we want to change. Our predictions are based on our experience. We want a new experience and not the same old one so never try to predict. Just let it happen.
