Procedure: Note the newest non-zero spin-value. 
Bet the two numbers on either side, one column higher. 

Continue to bet those two until
a win or after 18 consecutive misses.

Example: #23 (newest spin-value)

Bet 21,27 for up to 18 spins.  Stop on a win.

Bet 25,31 for up to 18 spins....

Bet 33,3 for up to 18 spins....

Bankroll suggestion: 108 units per one unit base bet.

Win-Target: +10% of the original bankroll amount.
