If ithe wheel is fair then the table layout, wheel layout or pockets have identical chances. When some pattern forming in the wheel, such as a hot sector, appears chaotic on the mat, the opposite is also valid: when the ball drops everywhere around the wheel and there´s apparently not one group of neighbours to bet on, chances are one particular EC, one dozen or a DS might be hitting like crazy. None of these methods of play have an edge over the others, unless there´s some form of dealer´s signature. I´ve seen dealer´s that almost constantly hit more on one half of the wheel, while others prefer the C column. IMO a system that would rely on all of the above might be worthier than one that relied on jest one of those things I mentioned (sorry can´t explain it any better lol).
