This should create an edge based on dealer signiture. If the last number hit was 10 numbers clockwise from the previous spin, then bet the next spin to be 10 numbers clockwise as well....also bet the 8 numbers to the left and right of that one.
Irrelevant unless you know the release point when the dealer let the ball go.
